What we collect when you book a call, why we need it, and how to get it removed.

Last updated: September 11, 2026

In short: we only collect the name, email, phone, state and project notes you type into the booking form. We use them to call you back and quote your project. We do not sell them, we do not track you around the internet, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.

1. Who we are

Technology Future LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of [STATE], United States. We are responsible for the personal information collected through this website.

Contact us about anything on this page at info@technofuture.net.

2. What we collect

We only collect what you type into the booking form yourself. That is:

  • Your name — first and last.
  • Your email address — so we can send your confirmation.
  • Your phone number — so we can make the discovery call.
  • Your state — so we call you at a sensible hour in your timezone.
  • Your answers to the project questionnaire — the options you tick, and anything you write in the free-text box.
  • The date and time you chose for the call, and which page you booked from.

We do not ask for and do not want payment card numbers, social security numbers, passwords, health information or any other sensitive personal data through this website. Please do not include any of that in the free-text box.

This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics.

3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use the information you give us to:

  • contact you at the time you chose and hold the discovery call you asked for;
  • prepare for that call and put together an accurate quote;
  • send you the proposal and follow up about your enquiry; and
  • keep a record of enquiries and of work agreed, for our own accounting and legal purposes.

We do this because you asked us to contact you (your consent), because it is necessary to take steps towards a contract at your request, and because we have a legitimate interest in running and keeping records of our business.

We do not sell your personal information, and we never have. We do not share it with advertisers, we do not add you to a marketing list without asking, and we do not use it to build a profile of you.

4. Who we share it with

Your details are seen by the people at our company who need them to answer your enquiry, and by a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf under contract:

  • Our form delivery provider, which receives your booking and passes it to our email inbox.
  • Our email provider, where the enquiry then sits.
  • Our website host, which serves these pages to your browser.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

These pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. When they load, Google receives your IP address and browser information as part of that request. If you would rather avoid this, the site remains fully readable with your device's own fonts if you block that request.

5. How long we keep it

If your enquiry does not become a project, we delete your details within 24 months of our last contact with you, or sooner if you ask.

If you become a client, we keep the records connected to your project for as long as we work together and then for seven years afterwards, which is the period our tax and accounting obligations require.

6. Where it is stored, and how it is protected

Your information is stored on servers in the United States operated by the providers listed above. It is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and held in accounts protected by strong passwords and two-factor authentication.

Our internal enquiry dashboard keeps a copy of bookings in the browser storage of the company computer that made or reviewed them. That copy stays on that device and is not published or shared.

No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach ever affects your information, we will tell you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.

7. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

  • tell you what we hold about you and give you a copy;
  • correct anything that is wrong or out of date;
  • delete your information, where we are not required to keep it;
  • stop contacting you, at which point we will close your enquiry; or
  • object to or restrict how we use it.

Email info@technofuture.net and we will respond within 30 days. We will not charge you for this and we will not treat you differently for asking.

California residents. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act you have the rights above, plus the right to know the categories of personal information we collect and the purposes we use it for (both set out on this page), and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. As stated above, we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

8. Children

This website is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their details, contact us and we will delete them.

Where we link to another website, that site has its own privacy policy and we are not responsible for how it handles your information.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the “last updated” date at the top tells you when it last changed. If we ever make a significant change to how we use information you have already given us, we will contact you about it.
